All these factors have registered Nurmagomedov in the list of the greatest fighters to ever step foot inside the UFC cage. However, none of these came overnight. ‘The Eagle’ started from scratch. He trained under his father from childhood in a small village in Russia.

Later, with a sufficient professional record, Nurmagomedov entered the UFC and dominated the lightweight division. He reached the pinnacle of the sport by defeating some of the biggest stars of the fight industry.

In the video, Nurmagomedov said, “I will say this, sit less on the internet. This is the first. Sit less on Instagram. Read books. Various, various books. Different languages. Don’t forget your culture, your courtesy, religion.”
“Learn history. History of your people. It will give you answers to so many questions. Because if you know your history, you can predict about predict the future. Because history mostly repeated.” Nurmagomedov concluded.
Khabib Nurmagomedov only lost two rounds in his entire UFC career
The Russian fighter, Khabib Nurmagomedov, is the only mixed martial artist with a perfect undefeated record of 29-0 in the history of the sport. He never lost a professional bout in his life. Moreover, he lost only two rounds in his entire UFC career.
During his time in the UFC, ‘The Eagle’ has finished the likes of Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, and Justin Gaethje. Not only that, but Nurmagomedov has lost only two rounds out of the 60 he fought in his career.

Greatest Fighters Of All Time- Khabib Nurmagomedov Reveals Who’s On His List
In 2018, ‘The Eagle’ lost the third round in a blockbuster fight against his arch-rival McGregor at UFC 229. Second, Nurmagomedov lost a round in his last UFC fight against Gaethje at UFC 254 in 2020.
