Khabib Nurmagomedov to Launch a Massive Event in Russia this December

Khabib Nurmagomedov is an icon in the world of mixed martial arts. Many consider ‘The Eagle’ to be one of the greatest fighters of all time. He left behind a perfect professional record of 29-0 and also an unforgettable legacy for himself at the UFC. 

Nurmagomedov ran through the lightweight division with ease and clinched the title at UFC 223. He went on to beat some of the biggest names in the promotion, such as Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, and Justin Gaethje. After his fight against Gaethje, the Dagestani vacated the title and announced his retirement. 

Ever since his retirement, Nurmagomedov has been focusing on building his legacy outside the octagon. Nurmagomedov has launched various businesses and is proving himself to be a smart entrepreneur. He recently announced an event in Russia to promote his clothing brand: Fitroo by Khabib. 

He announced this via his Instagram handle. 

He wrote, “The upcoming major event for @fitroo_by_khabib and me. When we created FITROO, we planned it as a sports nutrition brand for champions. Now it’s time to step forward and offer something that everyone around the world would enjoy.”

Nurmagomedov announced that he would be in Moscow on the 13th of December to showcase his company’s new products and improvements.

Khabib Nurmagomedov and his business ventures

Khabib has turned out to be a very innovative businessman. In the past two years, the Russian has launched many of his own ventures. Apart from his sports nutrition brand Fitroo, the fighter also owns his own alkaline water brand known as ‘PH TOP Alkaline Water By Khabib.’

The fighter also has his own cellphone carrier company which he named after his moniker, “Eagle Mobile”. He owns his own mixed martial arts gym which he names ‘Eagles Club.’ After his retirement, he took over the Russian MMA promotion “Gorilla Fighting Championship” and renamed it to “Eagle Fighting Championship.”

Earlier this year Nurmagomedov started his own MMA and Football club with his good friend Clarence Seedorf in Dubai. The Seedorf Khabib Performance Club aims to incorporate MMA and football for young athletes.
