Khamzat Chimaev and Belal Muhammad laugh at Leon Edwards

Khamzat Chimaev is known for his sharp and edgy persona. He doesn’t shy away from making fun of anybody at all. So is Edwards so wrong for wanting to be a champ in two divisions? Perhaps one of his greatest test is yet to come in the form of Colby Covington. However, the champion has been undefeated in eight years. He has a 12-win fight streak and those are not numbers to laugh at.

“Colby wants to go 155 Leon wants 185 They’re both terrified of me” Khabib’s teammate Belal Muhammad commented under the post. He was certain that ‘Rocky’ and Covington are both afraid of him. Muhammad currently enjoys a number 2 ranking in the welterweight division.

He is undoubtedly a challenge to Edwards. However, the two have crossed paths before in a match that ended in an unfortunate no-contest. All due to an accidental poke by Edwards. Will the two ever cross paths again? Certainly not if Edwards changes his weight class.

How does Muhammad know Khabib Nurmagomedov

Both Nurmagomedov and Muhammad have trained before at the AKA. In fact, Nurmagomedov has often trained Belal Muhammad himself. He has often referred to him as his palestinian brother as well and the two are nothing short of brothers in arms.
