The Middleweight division in the UFC is one of the most exciting divisions. Some of the best fighters on the roster battle each other in order prove their dominance. However, one big name, Khamzat Chimaev, has been out of action for quite some time now. In a recent video on YouTube, Bo Nickal gave the fans an insight on what he thinks of Borz.

Chimaev has one of the most impressive records in the UFC, and many feel that he should get a title shot soon. The Swedish grappler is brash, charismatic and has a cult following. While it seems it’s only a matter of time before he gets a title shot, Nickal feels differently.

Sean Strickland proved his dominance when he defeated Israel Adesanya at UFC 293 for the middleweight title. “Tarzan” took control of the fight and won it via decision. Currently, the champion is all set to take on Dricus Du Plessis at UFC 297. However, Chimaev, who is currently recovering from a hand injury, has one of the best records in the UFC and fans believe his return fight should be for the title.

While many fans expect Chimaev to get the nod, Bo Nickal’s recent YouTube video gives a new perspective. During the video, he said: “I know they kind of want to give him the title shot. But I feel like Belal deserves it. Colby won’t fight him. Who else is coming up at 170 right now? He needs like one more fight. Let Belal and Leon fight and then give him somebody else. Give him Gilbert or Ian Garry.”
