Khamzat Chimaev and Conor McGregor are on the same page regarding bringing children to UFC fights.
A video had surfaced on the internet where Kamaru Usman’s daughter was seen crying in the audience after his father faced a devastating knockout at UFC 278. McGregor reacted to the video and through his social media showcased his dissent over fighters bringing their children to see them fight
I feel this deep. I do not suggest bringing family whatsoever. Especially the children. This is different fighting. I’ve done both sides of this and feel going to the mission solo is best. You can see family again post battle. Will definitely be continuing this way going forward. https://t.co/Ve71l4KeN5

McGregor took to Twitter and said, “I feel this deep. I do not suggest bringing family whatsoever. Especially the children. This is different fighting. Khamzat Chimaev shares a similar opinion as McGregor
During a recent interview with ESPN, Khamzat Chimaev shared similar sentiments to Conor McGregor’s about bringing kids to fights.
The Chechen said, “Guys come with their kids, and Gilbert [Burns] came with his wife, kids,” Chimaev said, referring to his UFC 273 bout against Burns. “I don’t like it. Why do you take your kids and wife to the fight hotel, press conference… you take on the war, you don’t take your family in the war… I said that Gilbert was gonna cry after the fight, and he did that. I don’t need that.”
