The life of UFC boss Dana White is an inspiration for many. From being a bellman to being the President of the UFC, White has come a long way in his career. He is also one of the major reasons behind the growth of MMA.
While many people seek motivation from the life of Dana White, one person who did the same is UFC superstar Khamzat Chimaev. ‘Borz’ recently shared a motivational video of White on his Instagram.

In the video, UFC President Dana White is giving a motivational talk. White says, “What’s the worst thing that can happen if you try? The day that I walked out of that hotel, right, and I went to do this, it doesn’t work out?
The UFC President further added, “I can go back and be a bellman again whenever I want to. You can always go back and do that. The worst is not trying.” Sharing the video on his Instagram, Chimaev captioned it using the ‘🥇’ emoji.

While Chimaev seeks motivation from White, the UFC president likes Chimaev too. After his last fight against Gilbert Burns at UFC 273, Dana White praised Chimaev.
Dana White called Khamzat Chimaev ‘the real deal’
UFC 273 was a night where Khamzat Chimaev first faced adversity in a UFC octagon. Competing against Gilbert Burns, the duo put up a fight which many believe is a FOTY (Fight of the year) candidate.
While Chimaev won the fight, some fans believed otherwise. Because of the adversity he faced, fans started claiming that Chimaev is just a hype job. Dana White found these claims to be baseless.
The UFC President said, “Well he’s human. Any a****** that said that doesn’t think he’s human. He’s a human being and he just beat the No. 2 welterweight in the world with a couple of fights in the UFC. If you don’t think he’s the real deal, you’re out of your mind. Yeah, he’s human.”

He further went on to say Darren Till speaks highly of Chimaev’s work ethic and claims ‘Borz’ never gets tired. However, White believes that his fight with Burns is something one can’t prepare in the gym for. White said, “I’m sure this week, leading up to this week, he’s had a ton of pressure on him, a lot of anxiety, who knows how well he slept last night, all the things that go into the buzz and energy.”
The UFC President said that Chimaev’s fight with Burns is a fight in which a fighter makes it through or simply does not. He said, “This is s*** you can’t train for, and you either make it through it or you don’t. He made it through with flying colors. ”
