Joe Rogan loves to discuss animals on his podcast. From tigers to alligators and bears, the podcaster has had many such discussions. In episode #1403, he talked about the tigers with Forrest Galante, who is an adventurer and conservationist.

Both the personalities discussed polar bears, sharks, and several other animals before discussing tigers from the Sundarbans.
Rogan said, “Over a period of 200 years, they think somewhere in the neighborhood of 300,000 people have been killed by the tigers in the Sundarbans. There’s a story that I talked about in my, in that set where there was a boat filled with five guys.”

“And one tiger swam out to the boat, killed a guy, dragged his body to the shore, jumped back in the water, swam out to the boat, killed another guy. Did it with three different guys until he got tired of killing people.”

It surprised Rogan that tigers are great at swimming.

Speaking about the Sundarbans, Galante further talked about its saltwater crocodiles, bears, and elephants. He spoke about the unique features the location has.

Additionally, Rogan was worried about the villages close by because they had no protection. His guest was of the opinion that non-conflict mitigation was the future. He felt using technology like animal sounds, smells, etc. that people use to deal with wild animals was fascinating.
Further in the conversation, the Spotify podcaster discussed ways humans and animals could co-exist.

Joe Rogan hates this animal
The UFC analyst loves to talk about animals, and during his discussion with Galante, he even wondered about saber-toothed tigers.
While he loves animals, there is a particular animal he absolutely hates. The UFC color commentator abhors alligators. In a previous podcast episode, Rogan revealed how he grew up in Gainesville. He lived near Lake Alice, which was full of alligators.
