UFC 264 did not go as planned for Conor McGregor
Fans and A-listers may have had the time of their life at the mega-event, but the ‘Notorious’ one walked away with another loss. The Irish mixed martial artist found himself losing two straight fights against Poirier, and on top of that, he suffered a career-threatening injury. McGregor hasn’t fought since and is still recuperating from the leg injury that he sustained.

The UFC star has been taking aim at the welterweight title ever since, which currently sits in the hands of P4P #1 fighter, Kamaru Usman. The Notorious one even shared images of his buffed-up body, which might suggest a permanent move to 170lbs weight class. This could also suggest that his days of fighting a lightweight division might finally be over.
