Sean Brady is UFC’s hot prospect who has munched his way through the ranks with his top-class performances. Brady is currently undefeated in the promotion and will face the tall task of fighting Belal Muhammad. Recently, he reacted to former UFC fighter Brendan Schaub’s slip up, in an interview with Michael Chandler.

Brendan Schaub hosted an interview with UFC superstar Michael Chandler as a part of the Food Truck Diaries. In one segment, Schaub had an embarrassing slip-up in which he mentioned Sean Brady’s name as a part of the 155 division alongside McGregor and Nurmagomedov.

In the clip, Schaub says, “Your division is a little bit tied up. I think [Justin] Gaethje is gonna get the nose surgery, so he’s out for a while. You got Conor [McGregor] kind of looming over all you guys. You know you got Makhachev and Khabib [Nurmagomedov], who’s a big influence going Makhachev’s next.”

He continued, “And then so it’s like this… and 55 [lightweight division] is so stacked. You got Dariush there. Then you got Belal Muhammad, and you know Sean Brady. So you got all this stuff going on a lot.”

Sean Brady reacted to this clip on Twitter. He retweeted this clip and reacted with three “woozy face” emojis. This is because it is common knowledge that Brady competes in the welterweight division, not the lightweight division alongside McGregor and Nurmagomedov.

The Fans React to This Big Slip Up

Fans were quick to react to this clip on Twitter. Most of them were disappointed at Schaub for mixing up the divisions and took their time to make fun of him.

With all this said, Brady’s next fight will arguably be the hardest of his career as he takes on top welterweight contender Belal Muhammad on the main card of UFC 280. Brady is currently ranked #9 while Muhammad is ranked #5. A win in this fight will boost Brady’s ranking and get him one step closer to the title.
