Two-division UFC champion, Amanda Nunes, issued a call out to reality TV star Kim Kardashian. Recently, UFC President Dana White compared Floyd Mayweather fighting Logan Paul with Nunes fighting Kardashian. That prompted ‘The Lioness’ to call out Kim K.

Hey @KimKardashian let’s do this? lol,” wrote Nunes on Twitter.

However, Nunes didn’t get a response from Kardashian. Instead, it was her former opponent and current Bellator featherweight champion, Cris Cyborg, that responded, “I know a fight fans want…”

Nunes and Cyborg have a brief history between them. The duo has previously fought at UFC 232 in 2018. On the night, Nunes earned a spectacular knockout victory in the first minute of the fight. By doing so, she proved her dominance over arguably the greatest women’s fighter at the time.

Talks of a rematch have always been relevant ever since. However, Cyborg left her contract with the UFC and signed with Bellator MMA. Hence, the rematch became a distant possibility.

Nevertheless, the saga of Nunes calling out Kardashian will certainly grab some eyeballs. But such a fight ever happening is impossible. Nunes is in her prime and is perhaps the scariest woman in all of combat sports. Kardashian, on the other hand, has never shown that she actually wishes to get involved in fighting by any means.

Amanda Nunes vs Cris Cyborg 2: Should this fight have happened?

As mentioned earlier, Nunes and Cyborg shared a brief history between them. They are hands down two of the best fighters in women’s history. So, it’s understandable why a rematch is a big thing for the fans. Also, Cyborg will look to prove that her loss was a one-off, should the ladies ever collide.

But with the Brazilian currently plying her trade in Bellator MMA, the rematch can’t happen unless she makes a dramatic return to the UFC. However, given her history with Dana White, that doesn’t look too likely at the moment.
