UFC commentator Joe Rogan has not been as active in his commentating duties as he used to be. The 55-year-old is now a multimillionaire podcast host and owns his own comedy club. The stand-up comic divides his time between commentating, managing his comedy club, and podcasting duties. However, Rogan was not going to miss UFC’s International Fight Week. The historic event had a star-studded audience, including former US President Donald Trump Jr.
Rogan had a brief encounter with Trump where the pair seemed to exchange pleasantries. Trump was seating cageside along with UFC President Dana White. During a break between fights, Rogan and Trump both left their seats and said hello. Considering Rogan’s past comments on the billionaire, the interaction invited some strong reactions.

Rogan said that the news came from a fake Twitter account posing as Trump. Further, the BJJ black belt took an apolitical stance. He said, “I have decided that I am very apolitical when it comes to the future in like political candidates, I don’t wanna have that kind of influence… I wanna be someone who can watch and observe… don’t wanna be someone who’s actually affecting this.”
Rogan’s remarks did not sit well with a lot of Trump supporters, especially considering the fact he has hosted political figures since making this statement, including the recent segment with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
