Difference in fortunes for Belal Muhammad and Conor McGregor

Conor McGregor and Belal Muhammad have been on a very different run of forms from each other.

The former two-division champion, McGregor, has only won one of his last four fights. The only win coming up against ‘Cowboy’ Donald Cerrone at UFC 246. Since that win, he has last lost his last two fights to Dustin Poirier. Their second fight out of the three resulted in a knockout win for ‘The Diamond‘ in the second round. That was also the first loss via knockout for McGregor.

Muhammad, on the other hand, is undefeated in his last six fights. He last entered the octagon to fight Brazilian Demian Maia at UFC 263 and won the fight via a unanimous decision. ‘Bully B’ recently called out Sean Strickland and said he was ready to step in to fight him after his fight with Luke Rockhold fell off.

Muhammad said, “If they need someone for Strickland I’m down, I hate that piece of trash.”
