Conor McGregor is going through a very rough patch in life, both personally and financially. ‘The Notorious’ is still suffering from the fallout from the Dublin High Court’s decision in Nikita Hand’s assault case as he was ordered to pay a massive $263,000 in damages. If that wasn’t enough, this case has also made numerous businesses distance themselves from the Irishman.

However, it seems like Conor McGregor is trying to bounce back again, as despite losing millions in various businesses, Conor McGregor has finally made the first move to promote his business once again in the $1,762 billion alcohol market. Taking to his X account, the Irishman promoted his Forged Irish Stout by writing, “The greatest, most famous Public House in all of Ireland! Food, drink, ambience out of this World! #DublinTwelve #TheBlackForgeInn #ForgedIrishStout”

It is worth noting that McGregor has been distancing himself from endorsing his and other brands these days. With even his future as co-owner of the Bare-Knuckle Fighting Championship at risk, it is a major update since it proves that the Irishman is trying his best to get back on his feet again to rise against all odds.

The BKFC has yet to officially make any declaration about terminating connections with Conor McGregor. But seeing that other brands are severing ties with the Irishman, it won’t be surprising if BKFC does something similar as well. Especially after the brand value of The Irishman has seen a massive decline with several gyms around the world also removing his murals from their walls.

To make matters even worse for McGregor, the Irish court has also claimed that ‘The Irishman’ is responsible for covering Hand’s legal bills. This isn’t new since, often in legal cases, the court orders the losing party to take care of the winning side’s legal fees. In this case, ‘The Irishman’ will have to pay Hand’s legal costs, totaling more than a million dollars. All this has now led Joe Rogan to speculate that the UFC might never get to see Conor McGregor fight again.

Joe Rogan gives final verdict on Conor McGregor’s fighting career

It’s been over three years now since Conor McGregor last fought inside the Octagon. Fans were excited to witness his return at UFC 303 against Michael Chandler, however, the Irishman pulled out of the fight. Hopes went high again when Dana White claimed that the UFC world will get to see ‘The Irishman’ make his return in 2025, but this court case also makes that look uncertain. Now, even Joe Rogan has shared his skepticism on the fighting career of Conor McGregor.

Speaking to Derek from ‘More Plates More Dates’ on episode #2239 of the Joe Rogan Experience, the UFC commentator claimed that this lawsuit might have been the final nail in the coffin of McGregor’s return. As a result, he will soon announce his retirement from the sport rather than actually make a return. According to Rogan, McGregor is no longer enthusiastic about his return and will be more focused on his partying lifestyle instead. He said, “I don’t know if Conor’s ever going to fight again.”

Rogan then further added, “I don’t know the real details of that case. I know his version of it and her version of it and what played out in the court. But the reality is that guy’s partying, and he’s partying real hard and he talked about it [partying] in the court case.”
