However, the two never faced each other inside the Octagon. Yet, the heat they generated was, in fact, volcanic. The Ultimate Fighter acted as an entrance for most of the fighters, including McGregor and the one he would coach against.

Tony Ferguson has taken the reins to coach against the ‘Mystic Man’ in the upcoming season of TUF. The coach took to social media and declared his presence while bringing out the best of his trash talk and building up the hype. Without a doubt, most of the MMA fans revealed how much they would love the competition. The rivalry many fans dreamed about would finally come true.

A day before Ferguson’s great revelation, the Irishman declared that he had been chosen as a coach for the TUF on social media. To confirm the claim, Dana White shared the post on his Instagram story, thereby raising the fans’ spirits.

The news not only raised the spirits of the fans, but also enhanced their entropy. They took to the comments section and revealed their excitement. Most of the fans felt like it was a dream come true. Although the fans previously wished to see the two tackle each other inside the Octagon, they still rooted for the rivalry to continue as TUF coaches. The Notorious will coach again

The former double champion didn’t forget his first victory as a coach that secured him the golden belt. He took to Instagram and talked about the time when he coached against Urijah Faber. He posted a photograph that was taken right before the match. However, the story didn’t focus on the past. McGregor declared that he had been proposed to coach in the TUF. 

“I have just been offered to coach this role again. I like it. It is full immersion which is needed. I see fighters lining up. I know whats ahead I been ready motherf**kers”, ‘The Notorious’ wrote. Doubtlessly, the fans declared that this TUF season was going to be one of the greatest.
