Jon Jones is arguably one of the greatest mixed martial artists of all time. He is a former two-time UFC light heavyweight champion and defended his title a total of 11 times. Jones vacated his title last year and is working towards making a switch to the heavyweight division.
‘Bones,’ recently started training and working at Fight Ready MMA. Former two-division UFC champion and Olympic gold medalist, Henry Cejudo and others have been helping him prepare. Jones was recently seen sparring with former Olympic bronze medalist, J’den Cox. In the video, Cox could be seen making easy work of Jones and taking him down. After the session, he posted a video on Instagram and took to Twitter and wrote, “I need some milk, J’den Cox just served me up some serious humble pie.”

Jones hasn’t been the only one on the receiving end of Cox’s excellent grappling. The 2020 US Olympic freestyle wrestling team member Jordan Oliver replied to the tweet by Jones, and said, “He’s pretty good bro.. makes me feel like I cant even move my feet!”
He replied to the tweet by Oliver, and also praised the freestyle wrestler. He wrote, “Oh so I’m not alone, this definitely makes me feel better. You’re a bad man yourself.”

Jon Jones recently blasted his former coach
Jon ‘Bones‘ Jones, after his run-in with the law in Las Vegas, was suspended from his former gym. The decision was taken by his long-time coach Mike Winkeljohn. The duo had been together through the legendary run of Jones as a light heavyweight.
Winkeljohn first broke the news of suspending Jon Jones on The MMA Hour and said that he won’t be allowed back in the gym until he sorted out his personal life. After the news broke, Jones quickly responded by saying that he won’t be going back ever. Recently, he’s been training with Fight Ready with Henry Cejudo.

Jones recently took to Twitter and went after his former coach. In a now-deleted rant, he questioned his coaching; him harassing the other coaches and a lot of other things. According to him, Winkeljohn hasn’t taught a new technique in years and he was not training with him, anyway. If the former champ is to be believed, nothing has changed for him, as he’s still training with the same coaches.
It’s clear that the relationship between the two has ended.
