The crossover of MMA and the tech world has been hilarious and Mark Zuckerberg is the focal point of it. His fascination with the sport started when another tech mogul, Elon Musk challenged Zuckerberg for a fight after their rivalry for X and Threads turned sour. Interestingly, Musk and Zuckerberg came close to fighting but both of them pulled out before any announcement was made. Nonetheless, this scuffle pulled the multi-billion dollar man close to the world of MMA and he has been attending UFC events since then.

The time when Meta investors asked Zuckerberg to take it lightly

Mark Zuckerberg is one of the most important CEOs of the modern world and his existence matters a lot for the world. His fascination with MMA might be intriguing for him but it was a high bp task for the Meta administration to ask him to take it as a hobby and not to get seriously involved in it. The Meta administration highlighted concerns in their financial reports, stating that Mark Zuckerberg’s passion for combat sports might not be in the best interest of the organization.

In their annual report to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Meta added that Zuckerberg should stay away from the world of Combat Sports for a while. “We currently depend on the continued services and performance of our key personnel, including Mark Zuckerberg. Mr. Zuckerberg and certain other members of management participate in various high-risk activities, such as combat sports, extreme sports, and recreational aviation, which carry the risk of serious injury and death,” The company wrote in their letter.
