Marlon ‘Chito’ Vera Lashes Out at ‘B*tch’ Petr Yan to “Stop Crying” After Sean O’Malley Decision and Fight Him

The name Marlon ‘Chito’ Vera is a household one for UFC fans. ‘Chito’ had his last fight at the UFC Fight Night on August 14 this year against Dominick Cruz. He managed to knock out Cruz in the fourth round of the bout, securing a victory. But, since then, his fans have only been subjected to speculation about what would be the Ecuadorian’s next move. Of late, Vera appeared as an online guest on a podcast featured on the YouTube channel, ‘Inside Fighting’. He also gave his rough plans about who could be his next opponent.
Vera looked quite confident about the fact that the UFC won’t be giving him a title shot at his next bout. Hence, he revealed that his goal would be to fight the previous champion or the top-ranked fighter in the division.

The whole discussion revolved around who could be Vera‘s next opponent. The host questioned the bantamweight fighter, “Fans want to know. Are you going for the title next vs Aljamain? Is it gonna be the O’Malley rematch? What’s going on?”

Vera himself looked very unclear about his future plans. He stated, “Well at this point there’s nothing really said.” He also stated, “We all want more, right? But in order to get more we need to do more and to me, it’s just, you know, give me a fight”.
‘Chito’ also was confident that his next fight won’t be a title shot since the former two-weight division champion, Henry Cejudo, was set to make a return. Vera stated, “They won’t give me the title shot because Henry Cejudo’s coming back and since he never lost”. He also said, “So Cejudo’s fu**ng with the belt”.
Vera also presented his opinion about O’Malley, saying, “O’Malley will sit down and wait for the winner of that.” Hence, it left him with the option of Petr Yan as his opponent. Vera stated, “I’ve been trying to get the fight with Yan, but he was always crying to the UFC about the judge and he should’ve won”.
He further talked about Cejudo stating, “Yeah, as of now, I just thought that Cejudo come back and he’s just jump the ladder you know”. He also said, “Give me the other guy in line. Who was the last champion? Yan, so give me Yan.”

Talking about his probable fight with Yan, Vera said that “I heard he’s still crying about the decision about O’Malley. He like, O, I should’ve win, I wanna go to bed, blah blah, f**k you guys. You know, he’s just crying like a little bi**h right now.” He also gave his advice to ‘No Mercy’, stating that shouting about his past loss is only going to waste his energy.
He further iterated, “There’s a way to fix that, it’s getting on it and try to win”. Vera gave his own example and implied that Yan should follow him.

‘The Ecuadorian’ stated, “I’ve been there before. I got robbed against Son Yadong. I never wasted a day of energy complaining or crying. I was like f**k it, give me another fight. They give me the O’Malley fight and I fu**ing knock him out.”
