‘The Notorious’ was recently enjoying hanging out with some friends and having some drinks. Thereafter, he tried to test the power of his striking and attempted to throw it down at the punching machine. But the result was not what he expected.

The Irishman joked it off and claimed that he smashed the machine. He said, “Number 1… [I] smashed it, yeah?” Never one to lack confidence, Conor McGregor walked off the scene feeling accomplished. The fans had some funny things to say about Conor McGregor regarding his failed attempt at the punching machine. There were a lot of fans who took shots at the former champion regarding his score of 1 Newton and claimed that he did not break the machine.

Some fans also stated that Conor McGregor was desperate for some attention. Moreover, they also claimed that he has not been so happy since knocking out Jose Aldo at UFC 194. Some still believe that McGregor might even be on steroids.

Apart from the fun and games, it is important to note Conor McGregor may be nearing a return. UFC legend Chael Sonnen believed that the Irishman might be bluffing when he said that he submitted a sample for testing and speculated if he had defeated the system. But it seems to be true and McGregor may make his return when UFC 300 arrives. We will have to wait and see what happens in the days to come.
