Max Holloway tweeted out to acknowledge The Rock’s jokes as the latter recently starred in the Jungle Cruised movie. The film was released on 28th July. Holloway found Dwayne Johnson’s ‘Daddest Man on The Planet’ jokes funny. He let the former WWE star know about it.

When is Max Holloway fighting next?

Holloway was scheduled to take on Yair Rodriguez on July 17th. But, the former featherweight champion couldn’t clear the necessary medical tests because of a pre-existing injury. The fight had to be called off subsequently.

Holloway last fought at the first fight card of 2021 as he demolished Calvin Kattar over the course of 5-rounds and earned a lopsided decision in his favor.

He is looking to get a shot at the championship and regain his title. Many believed ‘Blessed‘ won his second fight against the current champion, Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 251. The decision went against him, unfortunately. Volkanovski is scheduled to face Brian Ortega next.

Holloway, given he wins a fight in the meantime, is no doubt the next in line for a title shot. When he eventually returns is not confirmed as of now. But, one can expect him to take on a cream of the crop contender like ‘El Pantera’ at that time.
