Max Holloway is currently married to surfer Alessa Quizon. The two tied the knot on April 16, 2022, after about two years of dating. Quizon is a Hawaiian surfer, and the two had a romantic spark after Holloway finalized the divorce with his ex-wife, Kaimana Pa’aluhi.
Pa’aluhi and Holloway had been together for several years and had been dating. Finally, they decided to get married in 2012 and even had a son together, who is now being raised by Holloway and Quizon. The boy’s name is Rush and he’s often seen with Max Holloway on his social media handles.
However, Holloway’s marriage with Rush’s birth mother did not last, as the couple reportedly separated back in 2014, and eventually, after years, the two finalized their divorce in 2017. Pa’alhui was a model who signed up with an agency called Wilhelmina Hawaii Modeling Agency in Hawaii at the young age of 16.

However, reports suggest that he and his ex are cordially involved in co-parenting his son Rush as highly responsible parents. Max Holloway is now happily married to Quizon, who is a professional surfer. She began surfing at the young age of four and was deeply inspired by her older sister, who also wanted to become a professional surfer and this just gave her the motivation she needed.

“My sister is 10 years older than me and she was going the professional route. I wanted to be just like her,” she told Teen Vogue back in 2014. She would go on to win her very first competition at the age of 10 and at the age of 12, she already had a sponsorship for herself.
Quizon has achieved much in the world of pro-surfing, including the Fijian Women’s Pro Surfing Championship as well as the West Australian Margaret Pro Surfing Championship. Now, she will proudly support Holloway with Rush as he heads into UFC 300.
