Morocco, a North African nation, experienced its most powerful earthquake in a century, resulting in the loss of more than 2,000 lives and injuries to many others. The United Nations has reported that the quake has affected over 300,000 people in the North African nation. In the aftermath of this devastating event, extensive rescue operations are underway as the quake has reduced many buildings to dust.
In the wake of this devastating calamity, Ali Abdelaziz, the founder, and president of Dominance MMA Management, a renowned management company that represents many well-known fighters in the UFC has uploaded a post praying for the situation in Morocco. The post was eventually shared by the likes of Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Fans and Khabib Nurmagomedov reacts to Ali Abdelaziz’s post on Morocco earthquake
The 45-year-old Egyptian mixed martial arts manager and former MMA fighter took to Instagram, sharing the flag of Morocco on his Instagram handle and captioning it with, “ Almost 2,000 people lost their lives today in Morocco. May Allah grant them paradise” his post garnered much love from fans who stormed to his Instagram post to express their prayers for the situation in Morocco. Even Khabib Nurmagomedov took to Instagram to share the manager’s post on his story.

Most of the fans were praying for the betterment of Morocco. Some of the comments are :

Based on the reactions of the fans, it can be understood that most of them are horrified by the earthquake. Fans were expressing their love for the calamity-struck nation as they offered prayers.
Devastation strikes: Morocco’s deadly 6.8 magnitude earthquake
The powerful earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.8 struck Morocco on the night of September 8th, centered in the Ighil area, approximately 70 km south of Marrakech. Tragically, the earthquake claimed the lives of more than 2,100 people and caused widespread destruction, flattening homes and entire villages.

The seismic impact of this earthquake was so immense that it reverberated across international borders, with tremors felt in distant regions like Portugal and Algeria.
