Michael Chandler doubled down on Conor McGregor’s return story

Conor McGregor is not taking any chances with his injury as he has already taken a hit due to the shin injury. However, his comeback seems to be derailed and Dana White is not in a mood to entertain any news about the comeback. When asked about McGregor’s return, White said, “I’m not doing anything until I know that Conor is healthy. It’s not even worth talking about… He’s not ready.”

White’s words might have come out of frustration but Chandler has a proper answer to the question. When asked about his next matches, ‘Iron’ stated that he is amidst discussions with the promotion for it, and it for sure involves Conor McGregor. “It’s always related to Conor,” said Chandler.

He further added, ” Sources close to Conor like yourself I surely know he’s gonna be ready in September, or August. I’m sure we can make something happen.” Michael Chandler last fought against Dustin Poirier back in November 2022 and since then he has been waiting for McGregor. The former Bellator champ has only 7 fights under the promotion and according to the community, is wasting his potential. So is it viable for him to wait for McGregor? Well, Dana White has a perfect answer for it.
