“Might Be a Good Fight for Paddy” – Sean O’Malley Predicts the Outcome of a Potential Bout Between Paddy Pimblett and Donald Cerrone

Paddy Pimblett has been a mixed martial artist for many years and became a known name after joining the UFC. He has had just one fight in the UFC but his great performance shocked everyone. Owing to such a rocking fight, Pimblett is looking forward to better fights ahead.
The 17-3-0 record holder had also occupied the title at CWFC. Hence, there is no doubt that he would be a tough fight for anyone in the ring.

It seems that Donald Cerrone is interested in a fight against the newcomer. While it is not known whether this fight will take place in the future, it surely would be an interesting bout to watch. Sean O’Malley spoke about this possible bout and had several important aspects to point out. He said, “Supposedly, that could be happening. I don’t think they have announced Paddy’s next, … Paddy’s next opponent. … Could be against UFC legend.”
He further feels that Pimblett might be able to defeat Cerrone. He said, “God, he might beat Cowboy because Cowboy does not do good in pressure situations. And Paddy’s gonna bring that, that anxiety, that ‘oh my god, you’re fighting Patty’, that feeling. Might be a good fight for Paddy.”
Lastly, O’Malley said, “Cowboy’s saying, ‘I’m not fighting for anyone other than myself, this fight’s different.”

Speaking about Pimblett’s weight gain of 35 pounds, O’Malley stated, “He looks fat as sh*t. … It’s not healthy, dude. That’s not f**king healthy.”
Will Paddy Pimblett and Sean O’Malley ever fight?
A bout against Cerrone would be a crucial fight for Pimblett. However, O’Malley is sure that he too will someday fight ‘The Baddy’. Paddy Pimblett and Sean O’Malley have had some back-and-forth a while ago. This would make an exciting bout for both the fighters.

While they compete in different weight classes if both can eventually agree on a suitable weight, a fight between ‘Paddy the Baddie’ and ‘Sugar’ might materialize in the future.
