One of the biggest attractions of the year is the upcoming boxing clash between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul. The pair are scheduled to face each other at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on November 15 in a ten-round fight. Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson points out the biggest problem Mike Tyson could face in his fight

Legendary heavyweight champion Mike Tyson is famous for his love of ma****ana. He enjoys it so much that he has even launched his own company, Tyson 2.0, to make it accessible to the people out there. However, does this mean he will be floating in the clouds when he finally returns to action against Jake Paul on November 15? The chances of this happening are very low, according to ‘Rampage’. During his interview with Jimmy Kimmel, Tyson made some claims that forced the fans to believe he might just pull off something like this.

Kimmel asked ‘Iron’ whether he had been smoking w**d during his training camp for the fight. Unfazed by the question, Tyson revealed, “Well, not really, but I have smoked, but not anytime soon.” This prompted the host to delve into the topic a bit more and asked him if there was any possibility of him being high during his fight. ‘Iron’ firmly replied and said, That’s a possibility too”

Rampage’ Jackson recently spoke to TMZ Sports about this particular interview. The 46-year-old is still confident that Tyson will win the fight. However, on the topic of Tyson being high in the ring, Jackson seemed to disagree with it and said, “Man he is probably a disciplined man you know what I’m saying. He probably going to be disciplined. He probably wants to you know shut that kid up.

He then pointed out that if he decides to walk into the fight high, he might be in a problem. He said, “It’s a disadvantage. No, it should be banned in combat sports. But I feel like fighters and athletes shouldn’t smoke w..d before their competition.”

Since the time the fight was announced, one of the talking points has been the age gap between the two fighters. Tyson, 58, is way past his prime and has been facing a lot of health concerns lately. However, many still feel Tyson can win the fight, and one such person is Joe Rogan. Rogan has always been a fan of the former champion, and during a JRE MMA episode, pointed out how he can knock out ‘The Problem Child.’

Joe Rogan wants Mike Tyson to come out and win the fight against Jake Paul

There are very few fighters in the history of boxing who have had an impact like Mike Tyson. However, with time the former heavyweight champion is slowly losing all his strengths. But one cannot look past ‘Iron’, who can still knock out Paul, feels Rogan. Talking about Jake Paul, Rogan asserted that the former social media influencer is currently in his prime and has impressed everyone with his skill set. Not only does he have the power, but he also has the speed inside the ring. The UFC color commentator is well aware of Paul’s threats and doesn’t want him to knock out Tyson.

However, the only way to stop that is if ‘Iron’ manages his distance well in the fight. While speaking to former UFC fighter Matt Serra, John Rallo, and coach Din Thomas in JRE MMA Show #163, Rogan said, [On the other hand], he [Tyson] is perfectly capable [of knocking Paul out]. If he [Paul] zigs when he should have zagged, Mike can close the distance in a way that he doesn’t expect. And Mike also has layers upon layers of attacks that are in his mind. He’s forgotten more about boxing than Jake Paul has ever remembered”.

The whole world is waiting to see what happens on November 15 when two different generations collide in a boxing ring. Who do you think will win the fight between the two? Let us know your favorites in the comments below.
