Most of the fight fans who saw Khamzat Chimaev’s tweet did not agree with his support towards Jon Jones. There have been a lot of victims of Jones’ actions and the fans have not forgotten the trouble he’s caused. One of the commenters questioned Chimaev’s stance after his tweet:

One person said that ‘people don’t care about Jons’s fiancé’ after he saw Chimaev’s tweet. Instead, he threw light on his accomplishments inside the cage. He said, “They‘re just mad he embarrassed their favorite fighters at some point.”

Another fan threw light on the success Jones had in his professional career and slammed all the fighter’s haters in the comments section. He wrote, “Got to love how Jon Jones beat all of their favorite fighters so they’re all in the comments it’s crazy how much you guys hate him but always have something to say about him or care what he’s doing that’s weird if I didn’t like someone I wouldn’t care what they were doing.”

Chimaev currently has a huge fan following, and he is loved by many fight fans around the world. This tweet could lose him a lot of supporters, and a fan took to the comments section to highlight this fact. He wrote, “Good way to lose all these fans @KChimaev“
