The noted combat promotion, PFL, gave out hints of being interested in signing him. But this time it was the BKFC supremo who expressed interest to bid for the fighter. Further, former ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ contestant Mike Swick was diagnosed with Leukaemia. But the fighter is fighting a hard battle and will be hopefully back after defeating his illness. Swick took to Twitter and shared the story of his uplifting battle experiences, intending to continue it until he defeats this demon. The youngest UFC fighter, Raul Rosas Jr. defeated Jay Perrin for his UFC debut. But, Perrin recently revealed on Twitter that he was released by the UFC post his loss to Rosas.

BKFC president was keen to make an offer and sign in Francis Ngannou

The ‘Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship’ boss, David Feldman, was all in on getting the former UFC Heavyweight Champion, Ngannou, in his company. Feldman was interviewed by ‘MMA Junkie’ where he stated, “We’re very interested in signing Francis Ngannou and would very much like to have him compete in the stacked BKFC heavyweight division.”

Feldman also implied that they had stated working on the deal. He stated, “We’re tabling an offer for his services, and hopefully fans will see him in the BKFC squared circle in 2023”. However, ‘The Predator’ hasn’t issued any statement in this regard as of now.

Former TUF contestant’s story of battling cancer is expected to motivate fans

The former ‘TUF’ contestant, Mike Swick, had been battling cancer from the previous year. On 15 February, 2022, Swick made the shocking announcement that he was battling Leukemia.

But, with the advent of 2023, Swick was filled with new hopes. He also shared his thoughts in a wholesome tweet. It partially read, “I will beat this cancer. I will make 2023 the best year of my life.”

Swick’s tweet garnered a huge reaction from his followers. Some of them also presented their best wishes and placed their faith in him about being victorious in this battle.

The UFC cut ties with the opponent of their youngest-ever fighter, Raul Rosas Jr.

Raul Rosas Jr. went on to become the youngest fighter in the history of the UFC to take the Octagon. The ’18-year-old made his Octagon debut at the UFC 282 and also came out victorious against his opponent, Jay Perrin. But, recently, Perrin received rather disheartening news from the UFC. He revealed that he had been removed from the UFC roster.
