Conor McGregor narrowly escaped death recently while cycling

Arguably the biggest star of the UFC, Conor McGregor, could’ve been in a lot worse condition than now. ‘Mystic Mac’ stated that he was hit by a car while he was in his early morning cycling session on 23 January 2023. McGregor further stated that the car had hit him at “full spreed” from behind. He also mentioned that it was all a result of the “sun trap”, which caused the driver to miss out on the cycling McGregor.

He also posted two updates on this incident on his Instagram account. In the first post, he stated how the mishap took place.

While his second post carried the snap of the injury he had sustained from the accident. McGregor lowered his pants to showcase his injury, which garnered a lot of reactions from his followers.

Dana White revealed the enthralling bouts that the UFC 287 will offer to fans

The UFC boss, Dana White, is currently on a run of delighting UFC fans with his superb fight fixing for the upcoming UFC events. After solidifying Jon Jones‘s return at UFC 285, the 53-year-old dropped the news of another extolling UFC event. White chose to put the highly awaited rematch between the UFC Middleweight Champ, Alex Pereira, and the dethroned champion, Israel Adesanya, on the main event for the upcoming UFC 287.

The UFC publicized the fixture of this hugely awaited Middleweight championship rematch with a tweet from their official Twitter handle.

The 287th pay-per-view event of the company will also feature a return of the coveted Jorge Masvidal, who will take on his division mate, Gilbert Burns. White also mentioned that the youngest UFC fighter in the history of the company, Raul Rosas Jr. will also feature in the UFC 287 card.

Frank Mir’s daughter became the first-ever NIL UFC ambassador

The name Frank Mir is definitely a well-reputed one for long-time UFC fans. The currently 43-year-old was a two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion prior to his retirement from the company. But of late, the ties between Mir and the UFC got stronger even after his retirement from the company. Frank Mir‘s daughter, Bella Mir, was appointed as the NIL ambassador of the UFC.

NIL ambassadors endorse the brand through their social media posts and public appearances. The UFC is also venturing into NIL marketing, with Bella being their first ambassador.

The 19-year-old, Bella Mir, competes for the University of Iowa’s women’s wrestling team and also holds a professional MMA record of 3-0 even at this age. The UFC boss also talked about the signing of Bella into the UFC. He stated, “Bella was destined to become a member of the UFC family her entire life, and I’m proud that she’s making history as our first NIL ambassador in one of the best programs at the University of Iowa,”.
