Joe Rogan gives out his views on the usage of IVs in the UFC

The last episode of ‘JRE’ contained a lot of notable discussions between ‘Gamebred’ and ‘the former martial artist’, Rogan. At a point, the duo talked extensively about the usage of IVs and PEDs in the UFC. Rogan also gave out his take specifically on the rules of IV usage in the UFC.

‘The BMF’ of the UFC started the discussion about this topic, stating how the USADA plagued him for tests at different times of the day. Rogan also included the topic of IVs in the discussion as he stated, “I think it’s good that the UFC did something[about testing], but I think, ultimately, what they did is a little bit of overkill. And it just like, particularly the IV’s for rehydration. I just don’t- I know that they’re saying that it can mask performance-enhancing drugs”.

He continued, “Test them before they get an IV. This way is to test. Like, it’s healthier for the fighter that has an IV.” A lot of fans might actually agree with Rogan’s views in this regard.
