Sergei Pavlovich fired one more shot at his probable next opponent Jon Jones

The UFC world had been pretty vocal about granting the Russian, Sergei Pavlovich, a Heavyweight title shot post his superb first-round victory at UFC Vegas 71. Needless to say, Pavlovich also views himself as worthy of a title shot which might have triggered his recent tweet where he took a dig at the current UFC Heavyweight champ, Jon Jones.

Pavlovich collaged the snaps of his final blows from all his six knockout wins in the UFC. Also, his caption read, “I’m sure one person is looking at this right now and is very worried”.

Although the Russian didn’t mention ‘Bones’ in his tweet, the UFC audience probably is intelligent enough to pick out that his tweet was directed towards Jones only. However, there was no response from ‘Bones’ regarding this issue. Do you think that Jones will respond to Pavlovich and get in a Twitter war with him?

The coveted scrap between Lennox Lewis and Mike Tyson in 2002 was when I realized the passion for combat sports within my family. My interest in combat sports began watching scripted pro wrestling shows. It was my father who directed me towards combat sports and it wasn’t until the late 2010s that I discovered the world of MMA and the UFC.
