Matt Brown gives Conor McGregor his verdict

Matt Brown recently discussed all things MMA in The Fighter vs. The Writer podcast. While the entire world has cast a shadow of doubt on Conor McGregor, ‘The Immortal’ has come up with a plan through which the ‘Mystic Mac’ could reclaim his honor.

Needless to say, it was something that McGregor might not like. Brown said, “Conor is going to be in a s–t storm here… I don’t think this is unsalvageable, but he has to be the one to salvage it. No one’s going to be the one to save him in this situation. The UFC can’t save him. He has to do the right things. Get the f–k out of the clubs. Put down the straws and get back in the gym.”

Well, it didn’t matter whether McGregor was convicted or not. Brown claimed that the Irishman had to pay for his actions. He continued, “The fact is he put himself in a situation where something like this could happen. Now, he’s got to pay the consequences for it. It should be publicly held accountable for it.”

Now, it’s time to look at a major update about the fight between Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall. Dan Hardy certainly has some points for the heavyweight champion.

Dan Hardy brings in a replacement for Jon Jones vs. Tom Aspinall

Dana White has been debating about Jones being the P4P best fighter. Hardy had no choice but to agree. He said, “I think Jon Jones is the pound-for-pound best. I think he’s the best representation of mixed martial arts.” ‘Bones’ has been continuously evolving, even though he’s nearing the age of 40. No doubt it scared the Englishman. But is Jones the best current heavyweight fighter in the world? Hardy doesn’t think so.

The former MMA contender brought Francis Ngannou into the picture. He said, “I think the winner of Aspinall vs. Ngannou would be the answer.” It would indeed be a match between speed and power. He continued, “And I don’t know whether Ngannou would want to wrestle with Tom Aspinall because Aspinall has got a fantastic ground game. That really is the question. And no disrespect in any way to Jon, current heavyweight champion, but not the current best heavyweight on the planet. Certainly not.”

Lastly, let’s have a look at Cody Garbrandt’s newest tattoo. Although it’s already been more than 4 months since he first revealed the body ink, it has gone viral once again.

Cody Garbrandt’s face tattoo garners all eyes from the fighting world

Garbrandt is pretty fond of putting ink on his body. Be it the diamond on his neck, or the Family Over Everything on his pecs, prominently kept attracting the fight fans’ attention. However, his tattoo game kicked up a gear when he decided to get one on his face. This tattoo shows a sword going through his right eye, with the hilt above his eye and the blade pointing down to his cheeks.

Well, this wasn’t the only tattoo that ‘No Love’ got himself this year. There’s another one under his armpit which looked like a beautiful mandala design. Needless to say, painted head-to-toe tattoos have become a new identity for Garbrandt.
