Dana White confirms Jon Jones vs Stipe Miocic

Post his victory, the current UFC Heavyweight king also called out one of the greatest UFC Heavyweights, Stipe Miocic. But subsequent reports stated Miocic might not be interested in the bout.

However, the UFC boss, Dana White, busted all myths recently. Taking to the UFC’s official social media handles, White revealed that they had worked out a Jones vs Miocic bout for the UFC 295. He further disclosed that the event was scheduled for 11 November at the coveted Madison Square Garden.

Matt Serra warns Alex Pereira ahead of his first Light Heavyweight bout

The former UFC Welterweight king, Matt Serra, recently caught up with the UFC color commentator and podcaster, Joe Rogan, on an episode of his podcast. Along with a volley of other topics, Serra also talked about the famed former UFC Middleweight champ, Alex Pereira’s next and first Light Heavyweight bout at UFC 291 against Jan Blachowicz. It may be said that Serra was a bit skeptical about Pereira’s prowess at Light Heavyweight.

He revealed his opinion after comparing Pereira to his archrival, Israel Adesanya. He said, “Izzy is harder to get down than Alex and I think Jan is gonna get him down and I don’t think he is getting up”. Georges St-Pierre’s former rival also revealed how Blachowicz constantly kicks his opponent’s shins and that he had “f*cked [Magomed] Ankalaev” with the same technique.

Leon Edwards discloses his next bout will probably be against Colby Covington

A number of fans had criticized the UFC boss Dana White’s announcement about Colby Covington being the next Welterweight title shot contender. Even the UFC Welterweight champ, Leon Edwards, initially didn’t want to fight ‘Chaos’. He revealed his current condition and when he would be returning to the octagon in a recent interview with ‘ESPN’.

Amid his words, Edwards also hinted that he had accepted the UFC’s decision. He himself revealed that “Colby is gonna be the opponent” in his next fight. ‘Rocky’ also said that it would probably be the month of “October or November” when we might get to see this fight.
