Israel Adesanya slammed his ex-girlfriend on social media

The current UFC Middleweight champ, Israel Adesanya had been involved in some fire spouting towards his ex-girlfriend Charlotte Powdrell recently. Of late, ‘Izzy’ had also posted a series of stories on his Instagram bashing his ex-girlfriend.

In another recent incident, Adesanya leaked the fact that he was the one who spiced up even the group chats of his ex-girlfriend. He wrote, “Shoutout to me, for keeping your [Charlotte Powdrell] lame groupchats spicy.” Further, ‘The Last Stylebender’ also stated that Powdrell had tried to steal some of his assets just like the noted soccer star, Achraf Hakimi’s wife, Hiba Abouk, had claimed. He said, “Like Achraf Hakimi, my assets are protected. I woulda taken half her sh*t too, but I don’t want half of NOTHING”.

Robert Whittaker geared up for his next showdown

The famed UFC Middleweight, Robert ‘The Reaper’ Whittaker, put out a superb performance in his last bout against Marvin Vettori at UFC Fight Night 209 – Gane vs. Tuivasa. ‘Bobby Knuckles’ also earned a convincing unanimous decision victory over his opponent. Currently, with his next fight announced, Whittaker was all set for his next opponent, Dricus Du Plessis.

After the UFC supremo, Dana White’s announcement confirming his bout at UFC 290, Whittaker took to his Twitter account and posted a tweet. It read, “Guess I’ll put the tools back down, once more into the the Fray.”

Liz Carmouche defended her Flyweight title after a hard-fought battle at Bellator 294

The noted Bellator Women Flyweight Champion, Liz Carmouche, earned a superb title defense in the main event of Bellator 294. Carmouche, a former UFC fighter, faced quite a few difficulties in the initial rounds of the bout.

But, the end of the third round also came as an end to all her difficulties in the bout. It was probably her opponent, DeAnna Bennett’s gas tank, which hampered her effectiveness in the championship rounds. At the 4:29 mark of the fourth round, Carmouche secured a tight arm-triangle choke over her opponent and forced her to submit.

In her post-fight interview, Carmouche revealed how things had gone exactly as she had predicted. ‘Girlrilla’ stated, “I knew no matter what she didn’t have the gas tank, so even if I wasn’t winning those ones, I was able to get that back,”.
