Jamahal Hill replies to Alex Pereira

Jiri Prochazka called out the reigning light heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill upon his spectacular victory at the UFC 284. Hill posted a response video to it on his Instagram and received a challenge from Alex Pereira in turn. ‘Poatan’ wrote, “I heard Prochazka is injured. What about knocking me out?”

Responding to the Brazilian, ‘Sweet Dreams’ wrote, “Drop a signature and find out!!!” Hill’s response has generated a lot of buzz in the MMA community, and fans are eagerly awaiting a potential matchup between the two fighters in the octagon.

This exchange of words between two fighters is a common way of promoting a potential fight. Hence, it seems that this exchange might lead to a match up in the future between Hill and Pereira.

Nick Diaz is all set to star in a Hollywood film

Former UFC fighter Nick Diaz is set to make his acting debut in an upcoming action film starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. From what we know, the film is called ‘Darkness of Man’. No additional details about the film and Diaz‘s role in it are not yet widely available. However, it is believed that the movie will be an action-packed thriller with a strong martial arts element.

Diaz is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has a background in boxing, making him a natural fit for an action film. However, it is not uncommon for UFC fighters to make the transition to acting. But it is always exciting to see a fighter take on a new challenge.

Conor McGregor wants to coach the TUF fighters

Conor McGregor recently teased the possibility of becoming a coach for The Ultimate Fighter for the second time. McGregor shared a photo of himself in a gym and, in the caption he wrote, “I have just been offered to coach this role again. I like it. It is full immersion which is needed.”

Having said that, this also sparks the idea of seeing the Irishman back in action this year. UFC fans have been eagerly awaiting the comeback of Conor McGregor. His two-year hiatus from the sport has left a void in the UFC that many are hoping will be filled with his return.
