The recent conclusion of UFC on ABC 4 provided the MMA world with a number of new noteworthy incidents. Highlights of UFC on ABC 4
UFC on ABC 4 might have provided the fans with a lot more excitement than what they had asked for. Apart from a superb first-round finish to the main event, a number of other bouts also enthralled the Charlotte crowd.
The Heavyweight main event of the evening between Jailton Almeida and Jairzinho Rozenstruik put out a display of the former stupendous grappling skills. After taking down his opponent early in the first round. Almeida wasted only a few seconds before he transitioned his top mount into a rear-naked choke. Rozenstruik tapped out at just 3:43 seconds of the first round, signaling a victory for Almeida.
The Light-Heavyweight co-main event between Johnny Walker and Anthony Smith also could have ended with Smith getting knocked out. But, Walker slowed down considerably in the third round, which took the bout to its final second. However, the Brazilian had done enough with his leg kicks and strikes to earn him a unanimous decision victory.
Conor McGregor’s countryman, Ian Machado Garry, also achieved an awesome first-round victory. He displayed a jaw-dropping head-kick and followed it up with ground and pound to seal the bout. Did you also witness UFC on ABC 4?

The noted UFC icon, Conor McGregor, had already showcased his support for the Irish native fighter, Ian Machado Garry prior to his UFC on ABC 4 bout. McGregor had put up an Instagram story motivating Garry before his fight.
Now that McGregor’s countryman had achieved a superb win over his opponent Daniel Rodriguez. ‘Mystic Mac’ was enthralled by Garry’s feat. Also, since Garry had already predicted that he would end the fight with a head-kick, McGregor welcomed him to the “The Shot Caller Club”. He took to Twitter and penned a tweet reading, “When you call your shot and hit it, that’s special. The Shot Caller Club has a new entry, Ireland’s Ian “The Future” Garry! #NotAScratch”.

Well, a large chunk of fans might agree that this victory has brought Garry closer to the ‘McGregor status’ in UFC. But these are probably still early days. Itwill be interesting to watch if Garry can hold on to his blazing current form.
Matt Brown drew level with Derrick Lewis’ record after a superb KO victory
The known UFC Welterweight, Matt Brown, was on the verge of touching Derrick Lewis’ record of 13 wins by knockout in his UFC career. Hence, UFC on ABC 4 came to him as a proving stage. Gladly, Brown showcased his mettle inside the octagon against his opponent, Court McGee. He also managed to achieve the knockout required to equal the UFC Heavyweight Derrick Lewis’ most wins by knockout record.

Brown put up a show of his awesome striking prowess. At the 4:09 mark of the first round, the 42-year-old threw a strong overhand right which landed perfectly and sent his opponent to the canvas.

From now on, UFC fans need to remember that the record for most KO victories is held jointly by Matt Brown and Derrick Lewis. Do you feel that Brown will even leave Lewis behind at some point?
