Paulo Costa and Khamzat Chimaev rumored to fight in Abu Dhabi

UFC legend Chael Sonnen disclosed his thoughts about Costa fighting Chimaev according to the latest rumors. The former UFC middleweight fighter said, “Well, so my understanding is Khamzat is going to fight Paulo Costa. They’ve even got a date. They’re gonna go out [to] Abu Dhabi, that’s a co-main event –  very relevant, they’ll be there for three rounds instead of five.”

This rumor comes from the back of a back-and-forth battle between the two fighters on social media.

Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor might be down for a Quadrilogy

Dustin Poirier sent his first tweet out since Conor McGregor hinted at a possible quadrilogy between the two. ‘The Notorious’ said in one of his tweets post UFC 287, “Quadrilogy’s are fun.” 

‘The Diamond’ has now sent a tweet sharing a motivational speech with the message, “The obstacle is the way”. Both UFC lightweight legends are teasing the fans of a possible quadrilogy. However, both seem to be on separate paths, having different fights.

Gilbert Burns apologizes to Jorge Masvidal and his team

The UFC welterweight accused ‘Gamebred’ of applying lotion during the co-main event of UFC 287. Masvidal was quick to reply to these rumors and accusations from ‘Durinho’.

Burns then issued an apology, “I just would like to take the moment to apologize to Jorge ‘Gambred’ Masvidal and his team. The things that I said after the fight, on the press conference in the UFC 287. I said that he passed lotion and this and that, and I said it too much, and I cannot prove that. And I would like to send my apologies to Jorge and his team.”
