“Munhoz a Straight B***h” – Fans Rip Pedro Munhoz as Sean O’Malley Fight Ends in a No Contest; Nelk Boys Leave Without a Celebration at UFC 276

UFC 276 took place inside the T-Mobile Arena today and one of the fights that had fans’ glued on was the Sean O’Malley vs. Pedro Munhoz bout on the main card. However, it came to a weird end.

The bantamweight star ‘Suga’ recently entered the top-15 of the division, and this fight against number 9-ranked Munhoz was his chance to solidify his position further in the roster. Meanwhile, The Young Punisher was looking to map his way back to the win column after suffering a two-fight skid in his UFC career.

However, neither of the fighters got a chance to prove themselves, as the fight ended in no contest. After the first bell, Munhoz looked pretty confident on his feet. Even though Suga retaliated, The Young Punisher appeared to have won the round.

Later, after just two minutes into the second round, O’Malley accidentally poked The Young Punisher in the right eye. Therefore, the latter couldn’t continue the fight and it ended in an unfortunate no contest in the second round.

Fans were left disappointed after the much anticipated main card fight between O’Malley vs. Munhoz ended in a no contest after a nasty eye-poke from the former. Even the famous Nelk Boys, who were rooting for Suga, were left disappointed after the results.

Many fans and MMA fighters shared their thoughts about the outcome of the fight on Twitter. Despite the poke, many believed The Young Punisher could have continued, but he left the fight.

Fighter Bryce Mitchell slammed Munhoz for leaving the fight early.

Another user also took a nasty jibe at Munhoz and blamed him for the unfortunate result of the fight.

UFC commentator John Anik had a different opinion on the fight. A fan highlighted his words in his tweet.
