Under the guidance of ‘The Eagle’, Makhachev has been dominating the division with his impressive performances. He is currently unbeaten in his previous eight bouts. Now the Dagestan native will take on the fellow lightweight Dan Hooker in his next UFC bout at UFC 267.

Makhachev is currently #5 in the lightweight roster of UFC. A win against Hooker will surely cement his position in the roster and bring him closer to the lightweight gold.
