The latest edition of WWE’s Monday Night Raw took place on October 20, where Seth Rollins was stripped of his WWE Championship, AJ Styles and Dragon Lee defeated The Judgment Day by pinfall, and plenty more unfolded. But as the wrestling action kept fans hooked, it was Nate Diaz’s seven-year-old daughter, Nikayla Diaz, who stole the spotlight when she struck her father’s viral and iconic pose inside the arena.

Nate Diaz’s daughter steals the show at WWE Raw

Popular combat sports account Happy Punch uploaded a clip on X showing Nate Diaz and his daughter striking the iconic double biceps pose together. They captioned it, “Nate Diaz’s daughter hit her dad’s iconic flex on the crowd cam at WWE Raw 😭🔥.” For Nate Diaz—who has always kept his personal life, especially his relationship and kids, away from the spotlight—it was definitely a rare moment.

However, for the unversed, the Stockton slugger first struck this pose in his third UFC fight against Kurt Pellegrino at UFC Fight Night 13: Florian vs. Lauzon back in 2008. During the bout, Diaz took Pellegrino’s back, locked in a submission moments later, flipped the double bird, and then extended the highlight by flexing both biceps in one of the most iconic celebrations in UFC history.

As the crowd went wild watching Nate Diaz and his daughter strike that iconic pose together, it highlighted just how popular the Stockton native is, even without ever winning a UFC belt. Many champions in the UFC have come and gone without reaching the level of fame Diaz has. And it’s even growing stronger. Yet a question lingered.

The fans have seen him battle in the cage and step into the boxing ring—could he actually make a mark in the wrestling ring? Well, Henry Cejudo seemed to think he could.

Henry Cejudo believed the Stockton native could dabble with WWE

If someone regularly watches both UFC and WWE, they know that Nate Diaz, alongside Conor McGregor, would put on an absolute show in WWE. To put some qualities forward, Diaz loves to talk smack and lands mighty punches that could make a real impact. Also, the Stockton native might even throw some chairs if the opportunity presents itself. With that in mind, Henry Cejudo once revealed that he would dabble in the wrestling promotion and could earn a decent amount of money doing so.

In a 2022 interview with Helen Yee, ‘Triple C’ said, “We just saw Nate Diaz. I saw him in the restroom. He was high as a kite and so was I. And we looked at each other, he’s hilarious. Anyway, he’s looking to dabble in WWE to make money. We gotta use the brand that the UFC has given us and all these other platforms and continue to make money as an entrepreneur.”

To be honest, both Nate Diaz and Henry Cejudo would make absolute characters in WWE if they ever wanted to go that route. The former two-division champ is also an Olympic gold medalist, so pairing him with Diaz would make a perfect tag team. And now that WWE and UFC are both under the TKO umbrella, who knows—both promotions might pitch ideas to them as well.

That said, as Nate Diaz and his daughter stole the show at Raw by recreating the iconic pose, could we see other fighters doing something similar? Could it actually turn into a viral trend? Let us know in the comments section below.
