The one cardinal rule of fighting is that no matter how good you think you are as a fighter, you’re not good enough to take on a UFC fighter. But Crip gang member, 4XTRA apparently doesn’t know this rule. The former inmate created quite a stir recently by claiming on the ‘No Jumper’ podcast that he would beat any UFC heavyweight in a fight and called on Dana White to give him a contract so he could prove it.

Why does 4XTRA think so? Well, because he fought a lot in prison and claims to have had twenty fights in one day, all of which he claims he won. But ‘No Jumper’ host, Adam22 totally disagreed with the gang member and told him that he couldn’t even beat the 170-pound Nate Diaz, let alone a UFC heavyweight.

However, 4XTRA disagreed and claimed that he would indeed fight Diaz to prove Adam wrong. And the host rightfully pointed out that Diaz is exactly the kind of man who would agree to fight the gang member to prove a point, and even invited the Crip to visit Diaz’s hometown of Stockton to try and make it happen. This is something the fans and the entire fight world would enjoy very much.

To be fair, 4XTRA is 260 pounds, significantly heavier than Diaz, who last fought in the UFC at 170. But fans and host Adam22 were still unconvinced. In fact, fans had quite a field day with 4XTRA’s bombastic claims and took to Reddit to let him know exactly how that fight would go.

Fans react to 4XTRA calling out Nate Diaz for a fight

One fan was pretty respectful of the gang member’s striking abilities since he has claimed to have knocked out multiple people in prison. But despite this, they were still sure that Diaz would wipe the floor with him: “4extra has good hands but Nate Diaz would kill bro”

Another felt that 4XTRA being confident enough to want to fight a UFC fighter was squarely down to the celebrity boxing scene led by Jake Paul, who likes to box retired, past their prime UFC fighters. But even Jake Paul, despite all his boxing training, didn’t dare fight any of these washed-up MMA fighters in MMA but brought them to the ring where he had a massive advantage. However, it does seem to have given people like 4XTRA unreasonable amounts of confidence, as this fan pointed out: “YouTube boxing really ruined the sport and made wannabe fighters think they can challenge real fighters while talking this reckless.”

What’s your perspective on:

Does 4XTRA really stand a chance against Nate Diaz, or is he just chasing clout?

Have an interesting take?

One Reddit user pointed out what is a universal truth at this point: “Any UFC fighter stomps a dude with no training.” After all, people do not realize just how big of a gap there is between an average person’s skills and a professional athlete. Fans will remember Kimbo Slice, the former UFC fighter who used to be a street fighter, but was no match for UFC-level fighters. Another, who clearly didn’t know who 4XTRA even was, dismissively quoted Conor McGregor’s famous diss at a little-known fighter trying to talk trash to him: “Who da fook is that guy”.

Another fan pointed out that while Diaz is out of his prime with his advancing age and lack of proper form, he would still easily take the Crip to the ground and maul him there: “Nate is old, washed up, slow, has no power, technique was never exceptional to begin with, but that being said… His chin is insane, and he will choke you out in a second. Plus he has a lifetime of experience, my money is on Nate.” What do you think about 4XTRA calling out Nate Diaz for a fight?
