‘The Korean Zombie’ swiftly took Garcia to the ground, gained control, and executed a spine-twisting submission hold known as the ‘Twister.’ This excruciating move forced Garcia to tap out, sealing his victory.

This finish remains one of the most extraordinary and uncommon moments in UFC history. It’s worth noting that the Twister is an incredibly intricate maneuver, especially in high-level MMA competitions. And we’ve only ever seen 2 of them executed inside the Octagon. The 2nd Twister was secured by Bryce Mitchell against Matt Sayles in 2019.
