Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler’s return timeline is yet to be ascertained, however, rumors suggest that the lightweight stars are going to finally meet each other in December. Well, the December date appears to be logical for the promotion as it would be a good conclusion for the UFC’s dramatic story of 2024.

Interestingly, former middleweight champion Michael Bisping, who also is one of the insiders, believes that it’s better for McGregor to stay out of the Octagon. “What’s to say he will ever be the same fighter again? Him competing against Dustin Poirier when the leg snapped might be the last time ever Conor McGregor stepped foot inside the Octagon,” said Bisping.
