New UFC ‘Business Mogul’ Tai Tuivasa Reveals He Has Doubled ‘Shoeyvasa’ Sales After UFC 271

Tai Tuivasa is one of the most loved fighters in the UFC right now. The Australian heavyweight currently stands third in the UFC’s heavyweight rankings after his recent win at UFC 271.

Tuivasa had one of the biggest upset wins this year over Derrick ‘The Black Beast’ Lewis after he knocked him out in the second round of the bout. After winning the bout, he celebrated in by his signature move, the ‘Shoey’. The fighter launched his own brand of a shoe drinking utensil, which he names the ‘Shoeyvasa’.

In a recent interview, Tuivasa spoke about the massive success of his ‘Shoeyvasa‘ brand after his win at UFC 271.

The brand was also promoted by the UFC President, Dana White. A video of White went viral on the internet where he was drinking from Tuivasa’s drinking utensil.

‘Bam Bam’ said,” brother we’ve been sold out twice brother twice. We’re still selling now. We’re going to restock and sell out again.”

This is not the first venture the Australian fighter has started. Tai Tuivasa also started his own clothing line, an alcoholic beverage brand, and a community service organisation.

What’s next for Tai Tuivasa?

The Australian’s stunning knockout win over Derrick Lewis, was one of the biggest wins for him in his career. After his massive win at UFC 271, Tai Tuivasa has climbed up the ranking ladder and now stands third in the UFC’s heavyweight rankings.

A bout against the heavyweight title challenger, Ciryl Gane could be next for ‘Bam Bam’. Gane currently stands first in the heavyweight rankings, and has come off a recent loss to Francis Ngannou at UFC 270.

Another possible opponent for Tuivasa is the former UFC heavyweight champion, Stipe Miocic. Miocic is also coming off a loss against Ngannou and a bout against Miocic would definitely make sense for Tuivasa.

If Tuivasa lands a victory in his next bout, it is safe to say that he will get himself a shot at the heavyweight title.
