In a new episode of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, Rogan and Jake Shields spoke about the fighter. As per Shields, Diaz was going through some personal issues during his last fight.

Diaz last fought against Robbie Lawler at UFC 266. However, he quit in the third round. This left many fans disappointed. Thus, speaking about his last fight, Shields said, “His last fight, obviously, he wasn’t in the best situation, you know, mentally and stuff. So I would like to see him fight again but like, see him do a proper camp.”
