‘No One Even Remotely Close to My Boxing’- Conor McGregor Says Only Petr Yan Comes Close to His Hand Skills

Conor McGregor is not afraid to claim that he is one of the best fighters on the roster. He has reiterated it time and again. He might have lost a few fights recently and taken some time to recover after his injury, but he still remains the biggest name in the UFC.

He has also been dabbling into boxing and has caused a stir there, too. However, mixed martial arts is his major sport, and he intends to return to UFC soon.

In the meantime, McGregor is back at his Twitter antics again! In a recent Tweet, he took a dig at a few different fighters simultaneously.

Is Conor McGregor the best boxer in UFC?

On Twitter, ‘The Notorious’, retweeted a picture that comprised a list of the 5 best boxers in the UFC. Apart from McGregor’s name, this list also included Petr Yan, Max Holloway, Jose Aldo, and Nate Diaz.

Referring to the list, Conor McGregor wrote, “I outboxed 3 guys on this list! There’s no one even remotely close to my boxing in the ufc. Even Dustin only got shots off post the leg damage. Everyone has been pucked around by me if we are going off boxing. Yan is good tho, i like his style. I’d rip him up in that shell tho.”

McGregor has previously fought against Holloway, Aldo, and Diaz. He won the bouts against Holloway and Aldo. With Diaz, he lost their first match but won their second bout. Thus, McGregor’s claims might not be too far from the truth. However, he has lost twice against Dustin Poirier

McGregor plans to start fighting again soon, and his fans are excited to see him in action once again. It would be interesting to see what changes and novelty he brings to his game.
