After Saturday’s qualifying, Sky Sports interviewed McGregor, who was present at the venue. In the interview, McGregor revealed which team he was rooting for and it was unexpected, to say the least.

McGregor said, “Great to be here. I enjoyed this qualifying round thoroughly. Great to be here. My first Grand Prix here in Monaco. I’m honored. I’m here supporting team Haas. It’s all to play for. You know, there’s been a crash between the top two. Our car, I believe, is freshest leaving this. You know, there’s a storm brewing, and we’re excited about tomorrow. Let’s go, team Haas!”
