The sport of Mixed Martial Arts has seen and continues to see many talented fighters. However, there is a constant issue among the fans of the sport. An issue regarding not being able to see some talented fighters square off against each other. Recently, speaking about it, Dana White revealed the only fight he failed to make.

Appearing on a Q&A, White said, “If you think about it, I have made every fight that was ever possible to make in MMA, including Mayweather and McGregor. So, the only fight I ever failed to make was Fedor vs Brock.” 

He further added, “Every other fight that we ever thought about or the fans wanted to see or whatever it was I made.” When asked that regardless of the era, if he had to make a fight between two fighters, who would he choose?

White answered, saying, “I mean, I don’t think so. I think when you look at different eras, you know the level of skill and everything else I mean. I guess if we wanted to play that game…we would do GSP versus Khabib.”

While there are many such fights that did not happen, recently a UFC legend disclosed a fight that once took place behind closed doors which every fan was willing to see.

Chael Sonnen speaks about Dana White and UFC hiding tape of a dream fight

MMA fans always want to see dominant fighters square off against each other. In a similar instance, one dream fight most MMA fans wanted to see was between Anderson Silva and Jon Jones. While the fight never happened, recently Chael Sonnen disclosed some interesting details about it.

In a video, Sonnen said that there was a day when both Anderson Silva and Jon Jones were in Vegas. Since both fighters were in town, the duo decided to train together.

He further added that they both went into the basement, which was a workout facility, and sparred. Dana White and Lorenzo Fertitta, along with the coaches of Silva and Jones, watched it too.

Although after they sparred, Sonnen said no one ever spoke about it. Both Jon Jones and Anderson Silva never gave a clue to what happened. Sonnen added he trusts there is a video of it, but it has been kept quiet.
