On various occasions, Joe Rogan has expressed his views on the ex-POTUS Donald Trump. And for the most part, his thoughts have been unfavorable. This was exemplified by his refusal to have the former President of the United States on his show. The UFC commentator has even questioned the former president’s leadership abilities.

During an appearance on the Lex Fridman Podcast last year, Rogan openly disclosed his decision to decline to interview the ex-POTUS, stating, “I’m not a Trump supporter in any way, shape, or form. I’ve had the opportunity to have him on my show more than once, and I’ve said no every time. I don’t want to help him. I’m not interested in helping him.”

Joe Rogan hails Donald Trump’s view on Russia-Ukraine war

On the milestone episode #2000 of the JRE, Joe Rogan was joined by Duncan Trussell as his guest. However, it was a particular clip from this episode that caught attention, revealing a surprising shift in Rogan’s perspective as he expressed favor towards Donald Trump for his stance on the Russia and Ukraine war.

In the clip, Rogan remarked, “Did you see that interview with him? Where he said, ‘I’d end the Ukraine war in a day.’ And he[the interviewer] said, ‘Do you not want Ukraine to win? Do you want Russia to win?’ He was [like], ‘No I want people to stop dying.'”

Rogan concluded the clip with a simple yet powerful statement: “It’s perfect”. This response clearly indicates that the UFC commentator is not a staunch non-supporter of Mr. Trump, but approaches matters with an open-minded perspective.

It raises the intriguing possibility that someday, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ might feature Donald Trump as a guest, providing a platform for in-depth conversation and analysis. Although the possibility of that happening is low, but interesting to say the least.
