UFC flyweight fighter Jeff Molina recently shared a post showing his new UFC gear with his name in rainbow colors in support of the LGBTQ community. Following that, many fans and fellow fighters left positive comments on his post.

June is the month of pride for the LGBTQ community. And the UFC promotes the same by allowing their fighters to express the same by wearing kits, with their name in rainbow colors.

Jeff Molina, who supports the culture, showed the kit that he will be wearing for his next fight this weekend. Pretty sick the @ufc is letting us rep for pride month!! Get your pride gear @ufcstore.”

Although he received a bit of homophobic backlash, there were many who came in support of the fighter and also left some positive words in the comments section.

“Thank you for being an ally,” British fighter Molly McCann wrote in the comments.

Reporter Aaron Bronsteter also came in Molina’s support. He wrote, Good on @jmolina_125 for supporting Pride Month Many of the replies to Jeff’s tweet are pretty horrific and exhibit why Pride Month is so important.”

UFC lightweight fighter Isaac Vallie-Flagg also commented on the post. He wrote, “Good on you, my man!!”

Another user wrote, “Outrageous W then Jeff,” to which Molina thanked him.

Welterweight fighter Mike Jackson wrote, “That’s dope.”

Following that, the flyweight fighter thanked everybody for their support and also addressed the backlash in a cheeky way.

Jeff Molina is a product of the Dana White contender series. He is currently one of the best new flyweight prospects in UFC. He holds a professional MMA record of 10-2 under his name.

Molina made his UFC debut in 2021 with a stunning win. He also won a ‘Fight of The Night’ bonus for his performance. Later, he also won his second straight fight in the promotion.
