Paige VanZant Makes a Confession on Dana White’s Gary Brecka-Recommended Water Fast as OnlyF*ns Model Completes 72 Hours of the Challenge

Dana White has been delving into various fitness approaches lately. In a recent health journey, he embraced an 86-hour water fasting regimen, actively sharing the positive outcomes on social media. This diet trend gained traction among figures in Hollywood and within the realms of the fight business. Joining the ranks of those adopting White’s regimen is former UFC fighter Paige VanZant.

The UFC head honcho was ͏once very close to death due to his health and ͏this led him to do a diet check on himself. However, Dana White͏ relished in this unique emotion ͏after completing an 86-hour fast.

Dana White was told that he nearly had 10 years to live by former fighter Joaquin Buckley due to his eating habits. This forced the UFC CEO to gain insights from his expert friend Gary Brecka at 10x Health Systems, who has been intrigued by the idea that a 72-hour water consumption routine could offer significant benefits. White immediately followed the diet with a strong conviction.

After looking at White’s tremendous results prominent personalities from various organizations followed his path to the diet and felt that White’s advice was correct. Recently, former UFC fighter and OnlyFa*s model Paige Vanzant tried White’s only water diet for 72 hours and was impressed by the results.

Vanzant took to her Instagram handle to share her insights about the diet. She uploaded a video of herself weighing in after the diet. She captioned it: “Over the last three days Austin and I completed a 72 hour fast to kick off the holidays. Parts of it were easy because were used to cutting weight, but parts of it were also extremely hard. We really had to tap into our mental toughness. Anyone one else love fasting? I’m not a health expert, but I have heard fasting is extremely beneficial to your body for various reasons.”

She added that she was not expecting the results to be so profound and stated that she lost approximately 9 pounds due to the fasting. Vanzant claims that she would further incorporate this practice into her daily lifestyle. Nonetheless, Frank Grillo who tried White’s diet was kind of perplexed by the video of the UFC CEO eating a whole cake.

Frank Grillo’s opinion on Dana White’s diet after fasting

As the UFC made its way to Austin, the 54-year͏-old head of the promotion gathered with Chef Danny Kievit in the capital of Texas. Chef Kievit detailed the array of ingredients ͏laid out before them as they embarked on preparing the dish. Notably, Dana White͏’s Howler Head whiskey was also incorporated as a key ingredient. Kievit said, “We got bananas foster on a crepe cake with your Howler Head cream.”

When the moment arrived to savor the dish, Dana White appeared genuinely thrilled. With a grin, he exclaimed, “I’m going in, Chef. This is one of those dishes that, trust me, it’s impossible not to love.” Clearly relishing the meal after a lengthy 86-hour fast, White’s enthusiasm caught the eye of Frank Grillo, prompting him to share a comment on the UFC CEO’s post. “Hahahahhaha. a f***ing 373 day water fast to bananas flambé. brilliant,” said Frank Grillo.
