JRE #1816 featured Joe Rogan alongside Canadian professor, writer and YouTuber Gad Saad. During the segment, Saad asked Rogan if he had to pick only one of his practices as “the one” or the one dearest to his heart, which one would it be?

Rogan answered, saying that he didn’t like to choose one over the other. His practices went hand in hand as one helped the other. To explain this, he gave an example of how practicing stand-up comedy has helped him become a better color commentator for the UFC.

Rogan said, “My job is to explain what’s happening and put to color to, ’cause I’m literally a color commentator. That’s helped by comedy because I do; I talk live all the time. So when I’m at the UFC and millions of people are watching, and the light goes on, and the camera is pointed at me, and I have to explain what’s going on. I have 0 feeling of oh my god people are watching, ’cause people are always watching me.”
